1. What is the cost for shipping and delivery?
   The delivery fee is $2.80 for trackable mail via Singpost. The order should reach you within 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays). It will be delivered straight to the letterbox. 
   
   Do note that during peak periods, the delivery time may take longer. 
    

2. Do you ship overseas? 
   Unfortunately no, we currently only ship within Singapore. 
    

3. Are the jades natural?  
   Yes, the stones are natural untreated jades. There are no chemical or colour treatments. 
   Here's a list of the natural jade colours and what each colour represents:
   
   Green - Luck, Abundance, Prosperity 
   Lavender - Healing, Emotional support, Grace
   White - Purity, Clarity, Tranquility 
   Blue - Serenity, Inner peace, Calmness
   Yellow - Joy, Self-Confidence
   Black - Protection, Resilience
   
   As jadeite is a natural stone, each piece may vary in colour, texture, translucency, and inclusions. These natural characteristics are part of what makes every jadeite piece beautifully unique.
    

4. Are the pieces made locally?  
   Yes, every piece begins with a small batch of jadeite beads, carefully chosen from raw stones. We take time to filter through each batch, gently hand-pairing the jadeite beads to craft them into wearable pieces. Every material and component is carefully chosen. We hope you enjoy wearing the pieces as much as we loved creating them for you.
   
   Each piece is hand-assembled thus there may be slight variations in design and hardware depending on the availability of materials.

   To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend the following care tips:
   - Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place, preferably in the ziplock pouch provided.
   - Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, sunscreen and chemical products, as these can affect the metal plating over time.
   - Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. 
   - Wipe the metal hardware gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to remove natural skin oils.
   - As with all plated jewellery, the plating will eventually wear down over time especially when exposed to sweat and moisture but with proper storage and cleaning, it can help to slow down this process.

   Please share the details of your request for us to assess if the item is suitable for repair and we can better assist you from there. Kindly note that repair and replacement costs will be reviewed on an individual basis.
